We Offer Three Levels Of Home Service To Protect Your Health And Property
Basic Homecare
- Consists of outside perimeter treatment around the base of the house, around shrubbery, under the eaves and overhangs and under decks.
- Controls most "occasional invaders" such as ants, spiders, oriental roaches (waterbugs), centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, earwigs, pillbugs, and crickets.
- Outside service to be performed once in the Spring, Summer, Early Fall and Late Fall.
- We only treat the outside, so there is no need to schedule appointments, which is more convenient for you.
Homecare Plus
- Consists of 3 exterior treatments per year as described in Basic Homecare, and one interior treatment in the Winter.
- Includes placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations, if desired.
- This service offers a higher level of insect control than the outside only service of Basic Homecare.
- Service to be performed in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. The Winter service includes treatments of any crawl spaces and a visual inspection for termites.
- We will need access into the house or will need to schedule an appointment for the Winter service only.
Homecare Deluxe
- Consists of 4 interior and 3 exterior treatments per year.
- Includes placement of rodent bait stations, if desired.
- This service offers a higher level of insect control than the Homecare Plus Program.
- Service to be performed in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. The Winter service includes the treatment of any crawl spaces and a visual inspection for termites.
- We will need access into the house or will need to schedule an appointment for the Winter service only.
- No charge for extra service for covered pests.
